Experience
I have been tutoring for about two decades off and on. Most of my tutoring is for college physics and high school math. The current certifications I have from the state of Nevada are: Math through Calculus, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, and General Science. The physical science certification is the broad certification that allows a teacher to teach any Physics, Chemistry, or Geoscience classes. I taught Physics I H and Physics I for 7 years, Physics AP and Physics IB (1&2) for 4 years, and UNLV physics labs for 3 semesters, full time while earning a Master’s degree in teaching science, and part time for a decade. I worked my way through my Bachelor’s degree in Physics by tutoring physics students.
