30 years of experience working with children in preschool and after-school programs including five years as a center director. Assisted children with homework and study skills.As a center director I developed a reading program for four and five-year-olds. Mainstreamed children with special needs into a typical classroom. Two years assisting special needs adults.I home-schooled my youngest daughter during kindergarten. She was able to skip first grade. I find working with children very rewarding and especially enjoy challenging situations. I love giving children the tools they need to succeed.
