I went to Jacksonville University to earn my bachelor's degree in sustainability, and I went on to graduate school for an environmental engineering degree. I feel that education opens up many opportunities for students, so I'm invested in the success of my students. I worked with students across all ages and levels of ability, mostly with math subjects. I believe in setting goals with my students, both long-term and short-term. The shorter goals help students to feel like they can attain success consistently, and while that is happening I'm helping students develop problem-solving skills. I tutor algebra, calculus, differential equations, geometry, linear algebra, pre-calculus, English, chemistry, essays, English grammar, study skills, and others. In my spare time, I like to work on cars and go on hikes.
