I earned my bachelor's degree in Communications at the University of Wisconsin and studied screenwriting at UCLA. I have extensive experience teaching filmmaking and working as a filmmaker. I have a long history of successful film festival experiences that I am always thrilled to share with my students! I am an award-winning screenwriter, and I am also a published writer. I am able to tutor students of all ages in reading, writing, filmmaking, public speaking, and cinematography. I enjoy the adventure of sharing my knowledge and experiences through tutoring! I consider each student a unique individual, and love to learn about his or her learning style and academic or creative goals. I lead by example, and I am always happy to answer any questions students have about filmmaking, screenwriting, or cinematography. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to classical and jazz music.
